About Spider-man Miles Morales Costume
The two Spider-Man movies have made a pretty big splash in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and that’s not only because of the awesome animation. The characters have been well-written and interesting, too. Miles Morales in particular has been one of the most compelling heroes introduced to the franchise. He’s an everyman who grew up admiring superheroes, but unlike Peter Parker he doesn’t have that underappreciated genius chip on his shoulder.
Throughout the film series, fans have been able to see Miles wear quite a few different suits. Fortunately, the developers at Insomniac have been keeping up with new designs for him to wear in the game. With the release of New Game Plus, players can now find several fresh outfits for Miles to don while he’s saving the world.
Some of the latest looks include a programmable matter suit that allows him to change shape and create organic webbing. It can be unlocked by completing all of the Roxxon Lab and Underground Hideout challenges. The suit also features a helmet that’s reminiscent of Daft Punk and a special takedown ability where he can extend his legs.
Another fresh suit is the Uptown Pride, a suit that’s inspired by the flag of his home city of Harlem. It includes red gloves, a red hoodie with a Spider-Man logo and an asymmetrical design across the chest.
Insomniac has also included a few more versions of Miles’ traditional suit. One of them is a reimagining of the suit from his first appearance in the comics, a suit that’s almost identical to Peter Parker’s but features gold instead of silver fingers and a spider emblem on the neckline.
